Nane Pivazyan is a BSc Data Science student at the American University of Armenia. After completing the OMICSS-2024 summer school, she joined the Armenian Bioinformatics Institute (ABI) in 2025 as a Junior Researcher. She is involved in the Vine research group, where her work focuses on understanding the genetic history and relationships of Caucasus grapevine populations. Her research includes studying how different grapevine varieties have mixed and evolved over time, as well as identifying patterns of genetic exchange and introgression.
